SNSD’s Seohyun and CNBLUE’s Yonghwa spotted dating

As many of you know by know, SNSD / Girls’ Generation member Seohyun and CNBLUE’s Jung Yonghwa will become a married couple on the hit show We Got Married. Earlier we wrote about what happened, now you can see what happened.

Filming for the new couple has already begun and they were spotted earlier today at Lotte World, a large amusement park similar to Disney World. I can’t wait to watch this couple on the show, it should be very interesting! Check out some of the photos and fancams below

SNSD’s Seohyun is number 1 in…?

On the 16th, the online music site Box held a poll asking “Which singer do you want to receive a graduation present from?” The poll was went from the 8th of February to the 16th and had 3911 responses during that 8 day span.

Recently graduated Seohyun of SNSD got an overwhelming 44.46% of the vote! That’s 1739 people who would want the soon-to-be-wed maknae to give them a gift.

Netizen comments included, “If Seohyun came to my school, I think the aura would become heavenly,” and “If Seohyun handed me a graduation gift, I think it would be the world’s best graduation.”

In second place was 2AM’s Seulong who received 21.45% of the votes (839 votes); MBLAQ’s Lee Joon came in 3rd with 14.93% of the votes.

The other poll options included Davichi’s Kang Min Kyung and T-ara’s Hyomin.

It looks like people want Seohyun all to themselves & don’t want her hanging around Jung Yonghwa!

U-Kiss gets fierce with new photoshoot

Star News recently released photos of the seven members looking suave in gray, brown and black. Although the set for this shoot is relatively simple with a set of blinds as a background, these young men are looking great, especially if you’re loving their dark concept for Round & Round.

YoonA & Taecyeon confront each other about couple ring scandal

Although the couple ring situation between SNSD’s YoonA and 2PM’s Taecyeon was promptly clarified by Taecyeon via Cyworld back in January, it looks like the duo in question didn’t speak to each other about the issue until recently. It’s been revealed that YoonA and Taecyeon tied up loose ends during the filming for the first episode of SBS Family Outing.

For the first episode, the cast traveled to Misari Regatta, a park & boat racing track about twelve miles from Seoul. To get to the shooting location that early morning, YoonA and Taecyeon got on the same car.

The car ride was reportedly awkward at first, until YoonA brought up the topic of the couple ring matter. YoonA showed Taecyeon her ring, explaining that it was an SNSD member ring. In response, Taecyeon explained that his parents had gotten him his ring. With that, the atmosphere brightened and the duo enjoyed the rest of the drive.

This episode is set to air on February 21. The anticipation has been building for a few weeks now, so stay tuned for the broadcast!

Soohyun of U-Kiss responds to rumors about gay relationship with Jo Kwon

A week ago, we all heard 2AM’s diva Jo Kwon speak up about rumors regarding his sexual orientation that have arisen due to his close relationship with U-Kiss member Soohyun. Although Jo Kwon settled the issue by proclaiming his faith to pseudo-wife Ga-In of the Brown Eyed Girls, Soohyun saw fit to post something on his minihompy regarding the issue as well.

Although the comment is short and doesn’t really address the issue, Soohyun definitely brightened the topic by thanking Jo Kwon for putting the U-Kiss in the spotlight:

2NE1 struggles to keep up with SNSD

And the battle continues between SM Entertainment and YG Entertainment artists – but this round has been taken by SNSD.

A recent report released via Nate by Sports Seoul, compares the release of SNSD’s Oh! to 2NE1’s Try to copy me and Daesung’s Cotton Candy.

As of the 17th, SNSD’s Oh! has taken the lead on the majority of online charts over 2NE1’s Try to copy me. On MelOn SNSD comes in 2nd vs. 2NE1 in 4th, on Mnet 2nd vs. 3rd, on Dosirak 1st vs. 3rd and on Soribada 1st vs. 2nd, all respectively. The only chart where 2NE1 came in above SNSD is on Bugs Music where they came in at 1st and 4th, respectively.

Daesung who released his single Cotton Candy, a day after SNSD’s Oh! release on the 25th of January, has fallen off into the 50’s on various online charts – even though the track was offered for free download for 3 days.

Industry professionals believe YG Entertainment released both 2NE1 and Daesung’s singles to thwart off and steal attention from SNSD’s Oh!, as the release of both singles were so secretive and sudden. However, the attempts were futile as SNSD’s Oh! is still currently dominating the charts.

SHINee’s manager assaults fan girl

After exposing CNBLUE’s manager giving a beating to a fan girl, more cases of violent managers have been popping up all over the internet.

The latest is a clip of SHINee’s manager shoving and pushing a girl by her head. Which makes people wonder if that was really necessary, as she seems to be a harmless little girl.

SM Entertainment responded, “It seems this SHINee video is from their schedule during August of last year. We apologize to fans for this sort of unbelievable behavior. We will do everything in our power to prevent such incidents, and of course at the company level all managers will comply. Again, we are deeply sorry.”

Although a stars’ well being is important, think about the innocent fan girl getting pummeled for no apparent reason. How would you feel if that was your child?

MBLAQ to parody Dara & Lee Minho’s “Kiss” drama!

Last September, 2NE1’s Dara and Lee Minho dropped a surprisingly alluring music drama for Cass Beer that received a hot reaction and even gave birth to a whole new group of “MinDara” fans that shipped this pairing. Unfortunately, Cass only followed up with a brief epilogue video… but MBLAQ is bringing the love story back with a parody!

On the preview for episode 10 of MBLAQ’s Idol Army, the five-member group shown filming a few iconic scenes from the drama, including Minho’s trick kiss and Dara subsequently owning him with a slap. Dara is (fittingly) portrayed by her little brother Thunder, and Minho is played by heartthrob Lee Joon.

With Dara & Thunder’s striking similarities and Lee Joon’s Goo-Joon-Pyo-like hairstyle, this will definitely be a parody to look out for. Stay tuned to allkpop as we wait for the full parody to air!



Yesterday we reported that on MBLAQ’s Idol Army the boys of MBLAQ would participate in a parody scene of 2NE1’s Sandara Park and Lee Minho’s Cass Beer Kiss Drama Commercial. Well the episode and segment aired today and it was hysterical.

Thunder is dressed up as his sister and even wears headphones and a pink bow while Lee Joon is dressed as Lee Minho and has curls in his hair. Check out the hilarious segment below:

G-Dragon receives an expensive present from fans

Big Bang’s fashion leader G-Dragon recently received an expensive gift from fans that is currently becoming a hot topic online.

In order to congratulate G-Dragon on his first solo debut, fans gave this idol a pair of Louis Vuitton sneakers as a present. Pictures of the Louis Vuitton sneakers are gaining interest among netizens as they commented, “It must be hard to even be a fan if you don’t have the skills. This is a good present that compliments G-Dragon’s fashion sense.”

According to a member of G-Dragon’s fan site GDR, these sneakers are not available for custom order in regular stores. They can only be ordered in specialized stores, and even in those stores you need to be a privileged VIP LV member to order.

Congratulations to G-Dragon for receiving such an awesome present and having a successful solo debut. I completely understand those fans’ feelings because if I had the money and the skills, I would have done the same thing. He’s skilled, uniquely honest, and overall hot. Need I say more?
