SS501 to make comeback on May 1st!

SS501 just recently wrapped up their final encore concert on February 27, but it looks like they’ve already got their eyes set on their upcoming return, which is set for, well, 05-01-2010. (Get it??)

Daesung Entertainment, the quintet’s agency, has yet to decide whether SS501’s comeback will come in the form of a mini-album or full-album release. However, the confirmed 501 Day comeback has already gotten fans rustling in excitement.

With their REBIRTH mini-album release last fall, the members’ individual activities as well as the group’s pan-Asian tour, in which the young men visited Seoul (Korea), Tokyo (Japan), Taipei (Taiwan), Shanghai (China) and Hong Kong (China), SS501 has been quite busy for a while, but that isn’t stopping them from making May 1 an extra-special day for their fans.

The young men of SS501 have reportedly already begun working on this album and will return with a completely new image, so I’m sure it’ll turn out to be something great for all of us eager kpop fans; stay tuned!

Monkey3 releases Star Love Compilation album



In honor of the upcoming White Day holiday, Korean music portal site Monkey3 released a special compilation album titled Star Love Compilation.

This special album contains many love related songs from favorite idol groups like SS501, T-ara, Brown Eyed Girls, f(x), Super Junior and more.

On the album, one will find fan favorite songs like SS501’s Love Like This, Kim Dong Ryul’s Like A Child and Son Ho Young’s Imagine Feeling Good; songs that can be sung to your significant other on White Day as the lovely sound will captivate your partner.

Other tracks on the album include Brown Eyed Soul’s Nothing Better, Jang Nara’s I’m A Girl Too, f(x)’s Step By Me, Super Junior’s Reset, IU’s Boom Boom Date and SNSD leader Taeyeon’s If. These tracks are described as songs for when you’re happy with your partner or when you’re driving with them.

Jewelry’s I Really Like You and Sung Shi Kyung’s Two People are tracks that you want to listen together with your lover while Bada’s Yes I’m In Love (ft. Taecyeon) and 2PM’s Only You are for the moments when you first begin your love.
