Block B released their first mini-album “New Kids on the Block” earlier this week. The music video for “Tell Them” was unleashed as well and these boys are gaining popularity fast! The number of BBCs increased so fast with Block B’s comeback that the first batch of albums is sold out.
They debuted only 2 months ago and the first group of CDs is wiped clean even before the official release, that’s really impressive! Even better news is that the mastermind behind the group, Cho PD, has decided to make more albums! He commented, “Judging from the speed at which they’re garnering fans and the progress their international fans have made, we decided that it was a reasonable goal. But we had no idea that the first batch of copies would be sold out with just pre-orders alone two days before the album’s official release. It’s difficult for us to judge how many more batches we need to make.”
The orders were not only from Korean fans, but also from international fans as well. Cho PD predicts that once Block B commences promotions, sales will only go up. I still have to get my copy of “New Kids on the Block”!
